Riverbend combines up to date research on the brain and education with the Montessori method, which has been proven over decades of experience.
All Riverbend programs offer daily opportunities for cooperative learning and play, group activities, individual work, and interaction with teachers in an individualized program.
Programs offered at Riverbend are:
- Transition Class for ages 1 1/2 - 3 years
- Early Childhood/Kindergarten Classes for ages 3-6 years
- Elementary Class for ages 6-10 years
The multilevel classrooms provide an unique opportunity for enriched learning and leadership development through individual study, cooperative group work, and peer teaching.
